If it is under warranty, take it to warranty center.

Oops, never mind. Found port that fits — on other edge of laptop. Sorry!

Here are a few suggestions to help you address this issue:

    Check the Power Adapter:
Ensure that the power adapter is securely plugged into the laptop and the wall outlet. Try using a different power adapter if you have one available to see if the issue persists.

    Inspect the Power Port:
Look inside the power port on your laptop to see if there is any visible damage or debris. Sometimes, a bent pin or foreign object can cause a loose connection. If you notice any bent pins, you might be able to gently straighten them with a small tool, but be very careful to avoid causing further damage.

    Temporary Fix:
You can try wrapping a small piece of electrical tape around the barrel of the power plug to create a tighter fit1. This is a temporary solution and should be done cautiously.

If the above steps don't resolve the issue, it might be best to contact Acer support or take your laptop to a professional repair service. The power port may need to be repaired or replaced.
