D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is needed error message usually means that 
your graphics card does not support the DirectX 11 feature level

Here are some possible feasible references.Make sure you have
installed the Visual C++ redistributable.
Install the DirectX runtime.
update the graphics card driver.

Please follow the step by steps instruction to install these references and resolve this. Fix DirectX error
