Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

Battery Reset: Perform a battery reset by turning off the laptop, unplugging the charger, and using a small paperclip to press the battery reset pinhole on the bottom of the laptop for about 30 seconds. Wait a few minutes, then plug in the charger and turn on the laptop.

Update BIOS and Drivers: Visit the Acer Support page to check for any BIOS updates or driver updates for your model. Updating these can sometimes resolve power management issues. Acer downloads

Check for Overheating: Overheating can cause the laptop to shut down unexpectedly. Ensure that the laptop's vents are not blocked and that it is placed on a hard, flat surface to allow proper airflow. You can also use a cooling pad to help keep the laptop cool.

If these steps seem daunting or the problem persists, it might be best to contact Acer support or a professional technician.

It might also be the issue with battery, charger or power outlet. It can also be because of dust clogged in the heat sink and the cpu fan. This is quite a common problem in which computer shuts down.

If none of these steps work, you might need to contact Acer Support or a technician for further assistance.

    Hi Rahul,

    first of all

Errors can occur but are not displayed by activating automatic restart. Disable this option to allow the computer to display error messages instead of restarting.

1 In Windows, search for and open View advanced system settings.

2 Click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section.

3 Remove the check mark next to Automatically restart, then tap OK.

    4 Restart the computer.

The computer no longer restarts automatically when a problem occurs. Instead, a blue screen is displayed with useful information. You can search for a solution using the information in the error message.

Try entering Safe Mode by restarting your laptop and pressing the F8 key (or Shift + F8) repeatedly. This can help diagnose if the issue is caused by a driver or software conflict. Check for Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and install any pending updates. If the issue started after a recent update, you can perform a system restore to revert your laptop to a previous state before the update. Additionally, try resetting the BIOS/UEFI settings by restarting your laptop.
