I don't know how you are doing the clean install of Win-10? But you need to prepare a Win-10 installation USB with Rufus 4.5 and follow their guide, as you will also need to download the Win-10 .ISO to put on that same USB and also the A315-54 "IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver - version 17.5.1.1021" and when you get to the Win-10 installation section @ Where do you want to install windows? > Load driver > you load the IRST driver as this driver will detect and allow you to install windows on the NVMe PCIe 3 x4 SSD drive of this laptop, its a very simple process, as that is why you only see the 2.5" SATA 3 drive to install to as the PCIe 3 x4 is not detected in the Win-10 installation process, as only the 2.5" SATA drive is. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

This is an example of the Win-10 section @ Where do you want to install Windows? > load driver section where you need to load the IRST driver so that the NVMe PCIe 3 x4 SSD drive is recognized.

At first installation of Win10 on my laptop both HDD and SSD is showing, is that a good sign or even though the SSD is showing, do I need to install the IRST driver? I followed and did the rufus guide and in BIOS, is there anything I need to change?

    Part 1

    Part 2

    Part 3

before I install the IRST Driver both SSDs is showing and after the "failed" install of IRST both SSDs is nowhere to be found.

The HDD0 boot drive is probably faulty and its probably an old 128GB M.2 SSD, change the drive to a new PCIe Gen.3x4 512GB like a mid range speed WD SN530 M.2 SSD drive as that is why Win-10 gets to "Installing updates" and crashes as it can't install onto that drive. The Win-10 installation process is starting perfectly but crashes midway through the install and that is the only reason why. Good luck.

This HDD0 boot drive which is a 128GB old drive is faulty, replace that drive.

Both SSDs installed and the Drive 1 is the NVMe SSD.

Good, glad that it worked out for you, but be aware that having a 128GB boot drive is a very small capacity drive these days and it will fill up very quickly, I suggest that you buy a new 512Gb boot drive and do a clone., just my suggestion if you don't want problems in the future. Good luck.
