Acer Nitro ANV15-51 Screen flickering and Artifacts during gaming, Warranty issues

I'm having a big problem with a particular computer I bought on last Black Friday in Datart. I bought a new gaming laptop (Acer Nitro V 15 ANV15-51-572R) but it has a weird problem when I am playing, The screen, after 30-40min playing starts to blink and have some artefacts. It's not the screen itself because I tried on the external monitor and it happens on the external monitor as well. I already updated the NVIDIA drive using the NVIDIA app and I've also tried to lower the video resolution during games, but nothing worked.

I am trying to use the warranty in Datart, but they already sent it twice to the Acer support and it came back because they are saying they couldn't find any problem.

If these artifacts still occur after reinstalling the GPU drivers using DDU uninstaller, and the temperatures are below 90°C at that time when artifact's appears, then it's probably a hardware issue. Based on the images you provided, it looks like a faulty GPU.

Contact your seller again and strictly ask for a replacement. Research consumer protection laws in your region regarding faulty goods. When speaking with Acer, politely mention that you are aware of your rights as a consumer and that you expect them to honor their warranty obligations.

Also, use below link to contact acer customer care in your region and Explain that you've already gone through basic troubleshooting and believe the issue is beyond simple fixes.

Have they changed they inspected the eDP cable and its plugs at the screen and mobo? As this is either the cable and its plugs that could have data strand(s) that short out when it gets hot or the EC chip or Chipset chip is faulty which means that Acer Tech Support have to change the mainboard.

Insist that Acer changes your ANV15-51 mainboard for one like below or its eDP cable as this sort of an image fault cant be fixed with a setting or anything else and should not be happening to a new laptop. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

I recommend contacting the seller to request a return and replacement, as your laptop is likely still covered by the return policy.

Datart told me they can't replace it neither refund me if the Acer support keep saying there is no issue =(

And again…I sent it to the Acer support and they gave it back to me without changing or fix anything, just saying that they couldn't reproduce the error. Can someone help me with that, please?
