How to remove the original screen foot from an acer XB273 before installing a new arm?

hello everyone, I received a screen arm but I can't remove the original from my screen. Does anyone know what to do?

    Here is the info if you have the XB273Z model:

    Which XB273 model do you have? There should be more letters after the "3". I know that there were versions released as long ago as 2018 and there are ones that are current, so we have to know which you have before we are going to be able to step you through it.
