Warranty issues for ACTab-having problems with Acer accepting the warranty for my ACTab.

I am having problems with Acer accepting the warranty for my ACTab. Basically, saying they can't accept the serial number despite having multiple emails with them. Does anyone have a solution or some advice please? Thanks!

Remember that some ACTab models were special designs done for specific vendors. In those cases the vendors are who you go to for warranty service. Which model do you have? Did it come from Curry's?

Ensure that the serial number you're entering is correct and matches exactly with what's on your device. Sometimes, even a small typo can cause issues. Additionally, review the warranty terms and conditions to ensure your device is still under warranty.

To check the warranty status of your laptop, visit the Acer support website and select your country where you registered your device. Click on "Warranty" and then "Warranty Checker." Enter your laptop's serial number (not the SNID), which can be found on the back of your laptop. Here is the link to the Acer support website:

Get in touch with Curry's then and see what they say. They should be doing all the warranty handling for you.
