My acer e350 won't charge

I have a Acer E350 liquid galant.

Last week i was charging my phone but it kept saying "only 15% remains", as long as i kept the powercord connected there was no problem, but when i unplugged it would start beeping because it was low on power. 

When I removed the battery and placed it back the battery meter would say something 70+% after that it worked without glitch for almost a week and i had the same problem today, but after removing and replacing the battery it was solved.

But i don't want to open my phone every week. How can this be solved, or is this a hardware problem, or a bug, or whatever?

Does nobody have this same problem? I keep getting it like once a week...
