Acer Aspire ZS600 entered Serial Number or SNID is invalid when registering products, what can I do?

I'm trying to register my product, but it says my SN is invalid. I also tried contacting support, but I have to enter my SN to chat. I've tried the sticker SN and SNID, also the system detection ones. What can I do?

    If you are on the wrong Acer site for your country you will see that. You will also see it if you are trying to register a system that is too old, typically when purchasing a used system. What model do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx.

    I have an Acer Aspire ZS600. Also, when I try to register, it says, "Note: product registration is not supported for part numbers (P/N) starting with “BL”" and my P/N starts with DQ. I'll try to contact them by email or phone and see what happens next.

    The ZS600 models are from something like 2012… Acer purges old models from the database sometime shortly after the last ones go out of warranty, so usually in less than five years from release. You won't be able to register this 13 year old system.
