Tried BIOS reset and battery change, but still facing issues on Aspire V5-571P-6437

Tries the Bios dot org, reset the cmos, changed the battery as well. No joy in any of it. Unless I didn't do the reset correctly.
Anyone out there that can help?

How would one contact Acer on a out of warranty item

It does not matter if the equipment is not under warranty, many Acer offices have repair services for Acer equipment with costs for equipment without warranty, check with your nearest Acer office:
