i was just playing a game when i pressed a key and suddenly it didn't respond. i tried restarting the computer but this did not help at all. This issue has been happening before twice with my old laptop and my wired keyboard. My friends have suspected that i have pressed my keyboard too hard which caused the keys to break, but i have never hit my keyboard with much force i just tap it. It could be overheating but i have never really confirmed it. Please help.

It's always inconvenient when our devices don't function as expected. This static electricity can build up in the internal components and cause various issues.

To perform a power reset on your Predator Helios 16, first ensure the laptop is completely turned off. Locate the pinhole reset button on the bottom of the laptop. Using a paperclip or a similar thin object, gently press and hold the reset button for about 10-15 seconds. After releasing the button, restart your laptop as usual.

Check for physical damage: Ensure the key isn't physically damaged or stuck. If it is, you might need to replace the key or the entire keyboard. Open a text editor like Notepad or Word and try pressing the key to see if it types the character. Alternatively, you can check in Command Prompt by searching for 'cmd' in the Start menu and pressing the key there.

Using an external keyboard while gaming can enhance comfort, customization, durability, and performance.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
