  • Soft Reset: Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to force a shutdown. This can resolve minor software glitches.

This worked for me. It may work for you too.

Thanks for sharing! It would be helpful for others experiencing similar issues.

You can also try these steps if it happens again.

Start by performing a power reset: turn off your laptop, unplug it, and remove the battery if possible. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then reconnect the battery and power it on. Ensure all cables and peripherals are securely connected, as a loose connection can sometimes cause display issues. Boot into Safe Mode and update your graphics card drivers, as outdated or corrupted drivers can lead to black screen problems. Additionally, run a full system scan to check for malware or viruses that might be causing the issue. Enter the BIOS setup by pressing F2 or DEL during startup and reset to default settings. If possible, connect your laptop to an external monitor to determine if the problem lies with the laptop screen or internal components. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be a hardware problem, and you may need to contact Acer support for further assistance.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
