Hi, could be the RAM module or a bad battery, you are not showing the model number, N19C1 is the series, look at the back of the laptop for something like: Acer Aspire 3 A315-56-594W (2021). To check the RAM module, disconnect the battery and remove the RAM module, if you have a spare RAM module install that, if not secure the old RAM module firmly back in the slot. Reconnect the battery and plug in the power adapter and try to boot. If no results, note that just removing the CMOS battery is not resetting BIOS, disconnect the battery and do the CMOS routine again but this time after removing the CMOS coin battery shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS module with a bended paperclip or a short piece of electric wire (connect the + with the - contact for a few seconds) and replace the coin battery with the + sign facing up in the CMOS module. If still no luck, replace the battery.
