Hi, I upgraded my laptop's BIOS from version 1.16 to 1.23, and since then, the laptop's temperature seems higher, and the fans run more often.

My Laptop Model:
Acer Nitro V15 ANV15-51 (13620H, RTX3050)

Has anyone experienced this? Should I wait for a new update, or do you have any other recommendations?

Hi, IMO this is not caused by the BIOS update but by a Power Plan setting also check Wiindows11 23H2 is updated to last week's build 22631.4830 as that may address a power plan setting. Use balanced Power Plan in Windows and Best Powe Efficiency mode in "Power & Battery" settings. Check if you have the latest version 4.5.975_20230809 of Nitro Sense and turn off Turbo Boost. Open Task Manager-Processes and check how many processes are running at the background, if more than 80 apps you may want to uninstall all bloatware, 3rd-party browsers-virus checkers and trial programs including some apps in Startup that you don't need.
