Since yesterday I am having a Black Screen on my Acer Predator XB323QKNV.

I tried all 3 inputs (Display Port & HDMI) and connected it to my Desktop, Laptop and TV but I dont get any signal. Cant even navigate the Display Menu. The Blue LED lights up and it also gets recognized by the PC / Laptop but the Display remains Black. I havent changed any setting or updated any driver settings.

When connecting it to my Laptop I do get sound from the Monitor Speakers but no Signal.

I also tried turning the screen on / off, holding Power for 30 seconds.

My Desktop:

ASUS ROG Strix 1000W Gold Aura Edition PSU
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 GAMING OC 24G

The Monitor was bought August 2023. Hope anyone can help.

Unplug the monitor, disconnect any other cables and bleed off any residual electricity by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds or so. Plug in only the power and turn it on. Do you see the normal splash screen when it's booting up? If so, reconnect the video and see if it works now. If not we are likely looking at a hardware failure. :(
