My touch screen is not working on acer VZ431G, What can I do to fix it?

Touchscreen quit working when upgraded to windows 10 on an acer VZ431G. What can I do to fix it?

    Yikes, 2011 vintage machine. :) Acer only seems to have support Windows 7 on these, so didn't do drivers for W8, W8.1 or W10. This was one of the earliest all in one designs they did and there weren't standards for how to handle touch screens yet. I believe the touch screen sat behind an onboard serial port, rather than the USB port that is the preferred method that evolved. There is a touchscreen board, separate from the motherboard, that handled the conversion from the digitizer on the screen to the serial port going to the MB. You are likely going to have to find the W7 drivers for the touchscreen (not on Acer's support site any longer) from a third party archiver, then install that in compatibility mode. Hopefully that will get it up and running again…
