Hello, I have been using my laptop for about a year and recently, when I was looking at the battery report, I saw that it had dropped by about 5000 points. That's why I want to use it with an adapter. My computer has an ac driver and my adapter supports it (I think it says ac adapter on it), but I don't know how to activate it, can you help me? my laptop is acer aspire 3

Hi, what Aspire3 model do you have, like A315-24P-R6R5 with an AMD CPU? I understand that you are looking for a regular barrel plug power adapter instead of a USB-C charger that you may use at the moment? Post a Windows Battery report: paste this in the command prompt: powercfg /batteryreport and open the report with your Edge browser, right click and select "Print to Microsoft PDF", attach the report to your reply, type @Puraw or use "Quote" when you reply so I will get an alert.

To use your Acer Aspire 3 while charging simply plug in the charger to your laptop and an electrical outlet. You can continue using your laptop normally while it charges.
