I have a Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57 and I have been trying to find the answer of how much ram it supports but I keep seeing 32GB or 64GB but I'm not sure what the maximum ram it supports I also want to know what specifications it needs for the ram to work and what manufacturer to use.

You have 2x8GB RAM installed (16GB) sufficient for most applications including gaming, you can upgrade that to 24GB by replacing one 8GB module with a 16GB module or better 2x16GB (32GB total memory) that maximum supported RAM. Two identical RAM modules, DDR4-3200MHz CL22, will run in fastest Dual Channel Mode while mixed RAM module like 8Gb + 16GB will run in slower Single Channel Mode.
