Description of the problem and the actions taken:
After reinstalling the Windows operating system on my laptop, I encountered a problem related to the functionality of the built-in keyboard. When I press a key combination such as Win+D, instead of performing its intended function , the keyboard activates multiple other commands at the same time, such as opening settings or executing Win+F, WIN+G and others .
I have tried various methods to solve the problem:
I reinstalled the keyboard drivers via Device Manager.
I turned off Sticky Keys and other accessibility menu features.
I performed checks and fixes with system commands such as SFC /scannow and DISM.
I updated Windows to the latest version (24H2) and installed all available updates.
I tested the laptop in Safe Mode and performed a clean system boot.
I even checked and changed the keyboard related settings in BIOS but without success.
Despite all these efforts, the problem persists, which leads me to believe that the cause may be related to either a deeper software problem or a hardware malfunction.
