Acer Enduro M3 5G hotspot restarts

Hi,

I have been using the Acer Enduro 5G mobile hotspot every day for about three months in our RV in Spain. I have experienced many times, let’s say about 10, that the device just reboots and just waits for SIM pin and menu pin, which is an important security setting I have activated, to start up again.

I’m on the latest firmware available one week ago.

I use it for tablets, computers and TV streaming and works great, but it seem too unstable being used continuously for days on end. The longest stable 24/7 periode I’ve experienced is about a week. Then a restart seems to happen again.

Is there a log I can check to debug possible cause of these restarts?

Is there any good tips on how to prevent restarts or have the device to function more stable and get online again after a reboot?

The sad part now is that the RV is in Spain and I am in Norway, and have lost access to our Victron security cameras and inverter/battery/solar management system due to another restart/malfunction.

Please, help?
