Hi there! I have a Predator X32 FP 4K Quantum Dot MiniLED monitor from Acer (32 inch). Besides using it with the PC for all my activities such as editing my videos for YouTube I also use it for playing games on my PS5 Slim as the monitor has HDMI 2.1 120Hz, HDR mode etc. The PS5 works perfectly on the monitor and also all my games are displayed beautifully but the only game I have issues with on the monitor is GT7 (Gran Turismo 7). When I start the game after the intro video (in the menus, during the races etc) I always get an Input Not Supported text in white displayed in a grey box that's moving around the screen and I can't get rid of it. Only appears in this game!

I have checked the game settings, monitor settings, changed things, nothing works. Any help I can get? Please! Again only appears when launching and playing GT7!

This issue seems to be specific to certain games and can be related to compatibility settings between the monitor and the console. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check Resolution and Refresh Rate: Ensure that the resolution and refresh rate settings on your PS5 are compatible with your monitor. The Predator X32 supports 4K resolution at 120Hz, so make sure your PS5 is set to output at these settings.

Adjust Game Settings: Sometimes, specific game settings can cause compatibility issues. Try lowering the resolution or changing the refresh rate within the game settings to see if that resolves the issue.

Update Firmware: Ensure that both your PS5 and Predator X32 monitor have the latest firmware updates. Firmware updates can fix compatibility issues and improve performance.

Check HDMI Cable: Make sure you're using a high-quality HDMI 2.1 cable, as lower-quality cables might not support the required bandwidth for 4K at 120Hz.

Disable HDR: Try disabling HDR in the PS5 settings to see if that resolves the issue. Sometimes, HDR settings can cause compatibility problems with certain monitors.

Reset Monitor Settings: Reset your monitor to its factory settings. This can sometimes resolve any configuration issues that might be causing the "Input Not Supported" message.

Test with Another Device: Connect a different device, such as another gaming console or a PC, to the monitor to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the monitor or the PS5.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, it might be worth reaching out to Acer support for further assistance, as there could be a specific compatibility issue with the Predator X32 and Gran Turismo 7
