We need to know more than the base model to determine if it has speakers. There are a lot of different V227QA models, some with speakers and some without. If you go into the OSD menu, is there a volume section where you can set speaker volume? Do you have both audio in and audio out jacks on the back?

To enable audio output through your monitor, first, make sure your monitor has built-in speakers. If it doesn’t, you’ll need to connect external speakers. Use an HDMI or DisplayPort cable to connect your monitor to your computer, as these cables support audio transmission. Right-click the sound icon in your system tray and select "Playback devices" or "Sound settings" to set your monitor as the default playback device.

If you encounter any issues, try updating your audio and graphics drivers through the Device Manager.
