Hello,

I've recently updated the BIOS to version 1.10, after restarting the laptop the screen remains black, the keyboard backlight is on and the fans are spinning for a while, then the screen just remains black + backlight stays on.

I noticed lots of people had similar issues… but couldn't really find a way to create this so called Crysis recovery disk or recovery USB.

Can someone please guide me through this process?

Thanks in advance!
