You already have it turned off. To turn it on, select the "Turn on now" button or select a level from 1 to 4.

Uninstall Acer Quick Access or AcerSense and check in Windows Services QAsvc, AcerAgent or ACCsvc are not there anymore, disable the Startup type for these services and also check Task Scheduler-Library for any Acer tasks, disable those tasks. Updating or repairing NitroSense (if available) might also resolve the issue.

To adjust Acer Bluelight Shield settings using the steps below.

    1. Type Quick Access in the Windows search and press Enter.
    2. Select Acer Quick Access from the list of results.
    3. Choose your desired bluelight setting then click the X in the top right corner to save changes.

Windows itself has blue light settings. Maybe that is what you are seeing. The blue light shield in your on screen display menu was turned off.
