Hi, right-click on the desktop and choose "Display settings:
Under the "Scale and layout" section, there's an option called "Resolution." Click on the drop-down menu next to it.
Try different resolutions from the list to see which one is best. The recommended setting is usually a good starting point.
If that doesn't fix it, look for an option below called "Advanced display settings" and ensure the Refresh Rate matches your laptop (usually 60Hz)
Click "Apply" and see if the black border at the bottom is gone.

If you see black bars or a border with all content, it's likely that the operating system's settings do not match the native resolution of your display. Essentially, your computer is outputting a pixel count that is different from what your monitor is intended to display. Adjusting aspect ratio settings can fix black borders on your monitor caused by incorrect settings. Here's how: Monitors with physical buttons: Navigate to aspect ratio settings using your monitor's buttons. Choose the correct option like “16:9” for widescreen monitors.
