How do I fix this gray screen with some vertical lines on Acer aspire A515-58GM after sleep mode?

Hello, i recently bought an Acer aspire A515-58GM however today when my laptop was opened today it went like this (refer on the picture). I have restarted it and shutdown already and it went back to normal but when open after sleep mode it does this again.

I have already done the check updates and updated everything as well as going to device manager and updating the gpu drivers. I am hoping this isn't anything serious like the physical screen or anything.

Update the bios to the last A515-58GM bios version 1.62, be patient when you do the bios update and DO NOT interrupt and/or turn the laptop off as it takes a few minutes and the laptop restarts also, wait until the bios flash finishes installing and your laptop is at its windows login screen as that is when the bios update is fully competed.

Also make sure that all windows updates are done and your laptop is at OS build 26100.2894 . If your laptop is still displaying that distorted screen then its either in the laptops eDP cable or its plugs or the actual screen have a fault, so send your new laptop to Acer Tech support with precise images and a full precise description of what and when this is happening, DO NOT open the laptop as you will void its warranty. Good luck.

A515-58GB eDP screen cable/plugs that could be faulty at the screen or mainboard of the laptop

Uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) download version 18.0.8.0 and then install the GeForce Experience software and afterwards do a scan of your system with GeForce Experience for the appropriate new NVidia game ready driver for the RTX2050 gpu and also make sure that you have all the windows updates updated and the latest bios version: 1.54 installed, as you need to refresh especially all the graphics drivers to see if the laptop hasn't got any hardware issues

The laptop could have a bad eDP cable/plugs or a screen, so do the above and then see if this refresher rate of 60Hz and 72Hz turns the screen like above still? If its still the same, then you need to send your Aspire A515-58GM laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country so that the Acer technicians can fix this issue or change your laptops mainboard as the gpu is faulty. Hope this helps you out.

I have tried the bios updating and it still did the gray lines after i put my laptop on "Turn my laptop off after" in 1 min.

Ok as i was typing this i saw refresh rate is at 60hz instead if the 144hz. I then tried the sleep and it didn't go gray.

Would this be the cause on what is making it go gray screen?

Edit: for now i would say this is solved but i will still check on my laptop if it still does this. Thank you.

I don't think i want to mess with uninstalling the drivers for now but i will constantly look for updates. It is now resolved as of the moment but thank you for the help.

I might do this when it happens again
