Nitro ANV15-51 - Black Screen while Playing

Laptop bought less than 1 month ago.
I have the latest drivers for the computer and Windows 11 23H2.

When I play any game, even if it's low-requirement and low-consumption with The Witcher 1 [+120 fps on average, 30-40% GPU usage at 30-40°C and 20% CPU usage], after a while of playing a black screen appears where nothing appears and all my peripherals restart and, later, the laptop's own backlit keyboard no longer gives light and I can't do anything but turn it off.

I tried to do the typical WIN - CTRL - SHIFT - B and nothing works. It only goes away by turning off the laptop on its button.

GPU - RTX 4050
CPU - i5 13420H
RAM - 16 GB

According to the "Acer Care" application I have all the hardware in good condition.

The problem was the battery that was damaged.
