Acer FA100 SSD Read/Write Speed Drops Dramatically - Warranty Issue

Hello,

I have an Acer FA100 SSD purchased in 2022, and I am experiencing very slow read and write speeds. In tools like CrystalDiskMark, the speeds show normal (read speed around 2400 MB/s and write speed around 1000 MB/s), but when transferring files or using the SSD, the actual speed drops dramatically (around 1-3 MB/s).

Here are the steps I have already tried:

Checked the SSD health status – it shows 100% good health.
Updated all drivers, including SATA controller.
Set the SATA mode to AHCI in BIOS.
Tested the SSD on another computer with the same issue.

The SSD is still under warranty (5 years), and I would like to know if there are any solutions or if I need to request a replacement under warranty.

Yesterday the temperature was 30 °C, for some reason it has risen a little today. Maybe it's because I changed a few settings.

Is the file that you used to transfer large?

SSD WORKS VERY SLOWLY, SEVERAL HUNDRED TIMES, NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL THE FILE IS. TRANSFERRING AND READING FILES IS DIFFICULT.

Then you can try to contact the Acer or the seller for warranty. That drive might be faulty.
