Can I replace the display of my 2019 Helios 300 "PH317-53-77HB" to a 120hz or 144hz display?

I have a 2019 Predator Helios 300, model name is "PH317-53-77HB" and it has a 60hz 1920x1080 display. I've heard on some other gaming laptops that screens can be replaced with a higher refresh rate display, as long as the motherboard connector can support the higher bandwidth. I was wondering of the same can be done on my laptop with a 17.3 inch 144hz display, and hopefully with G-Sync or some sort of adaptive sync too if possible. My 60hz display has a lot of stutters during frame drops in game due to the locked frame rate. Thank you guys for the support
