AN515-45 USB Ports Problem, the side where the Ethernet cable is plugged in is not working

Hi everyone,

The USB ports on the left side of my laptop (the side where the Ethernet cable is plugged in) are not working. The headphone jack and Ethernet cable ports work fine, but the USB ports on that side don't. The USB port on the right side is working.

What could be the reason for this issue, and what should I do to fix it?
