Hello, I recently gave my monitor a warranty. It's been there for 5 working days, but I wonder how long it will take to repair it. I contacted the service, but I didn't find out anything

    It depends on Acer Services in your country, customs and availability of spare parts, some replacement motherboard can take months to locate.

    It is dependent on the service center and parts availability. That varies a lot for different places in the world.

    @billsey

    I mean my earlier comment, where I wrote about the monitor frame coming unglued, I reported it and I'm waiting for a response from Acer. I'm just wondering if it will be a week or maybe more. Speaking of the monitor, I forgot to write about the problem of knocking and strange cracking after turning it off. I read on the internet that it's plastic stress etc., but is it true?

    @chomikk123

    You can contact the local Acer or the shop that handles the monitor warranty. This will depend on the availability of the replacement parts.

    Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
    Thank you and have a nice day!

    Yes, it is really dependent on the service center for your area. Some can be really quick and some can be quite slow, especially if parts are not easily available.

    Hi @chomikk123 Acer support does not participate in the community, we are all users, except for the moderators.
    While waiting for more responses from those who have had this experience, the time to repair your equipment depends first on the previous cases pending repair and the complexity of the fault, but above all, on whether it is necessary to install new components that must be requested and wait for their arrival.
    I think that the minimum time in the best of cases is more than those five days.
