Hi everyone. I have an ACER Nitro 5 (AN 515-54) laptop with an RTX 2060 and 15.6 inch 1080p 120hz screen. I was considering upgrading the screen and after researching I found that I can get the same 1080p screen with ,at most, 165hz refresh rate, which (as I am not a FPS gamer) I don't really need. What if I wanted to switch to a 2K screen to get a better picture quality? I have found a few option with the same connector and everything but only with 2K instead of FHD. Will the system work with it?

Thanks,

Pasquale

There should also be a 165hz option. The Rtx 2060 can support it.

I found the 2k 165Hz LCD NE156QHM-NY4. Check if you have this or a similar model at your location.

It's exactly one of the same ones I found. It has the same connector. I might take the chance and buy it from eBay is something.
