My acer c24-1655 doesn't boot. Whenever turn it on it doesn't make any boot sound or the light doesn

Whenever turn it on it doesn't make any boot sound or the light beside the power button doesn't light but if I plug in a charger not charge one of my devices it charges it

    After 3 years the battery may be bad or the power adapter, try another 65W adapter (not a USB-C charger) to see if that works.

    Ive tried a different adaptor but I do not know where the battery is in the desktop

    There is no battery, other than the CMOS, and the coin cells used for the CMOS last much longer than that. I believe he was just thinking you were on a laptop… So, are you sure your power supply is working? For your Aspire C24-1655 you don't use a 45W power supply, instead it is a 135W:

    The two part numbers are because they sourced these from two different manufacturers. Either one will work, but you definitely need the full 135W@19V. When you say "plug in a charger not charge one of my devices it charges it", what do you mean? You plug a phone charger into the all in one instead of the stock charger, or you plug a phone into a USB port on the all in one?
