Hello, my laptop is from the Acer brand, which is very old, I updated the Windows laptop and when it restarted, it turned off and turned on again without pressing any button, and it displays a message that the battery is less than 25% and it is not possible to update Windows. It's funny because the battery is not actually connected in the laptop and I turn it on with the adapter, I had to manually turn the laptop off and on, which was successful, but Windows didn't update, and I can't restart my laptop anymore because it gives me the same error again.
Is it possible to solve the problem with the BIOS update?
Laptop Name:(Aspire E5-576G)

The Windows Update might have pushed a BIOS update. Since you do not have a battery, the BIOS update will not be able to perform. If you still have the battery for the laptop, connect it, do the BIOS update, and put the battery away once it is completed.

Or if you do not have the battery anymore, get the Show or hide updates tools and hide the "firmware" update.

Then you can use the app to hide that firmware update for now so that it won't disturb you.
