N60-640 desktop. (1-3-25) Unable to register as ACER states SNID and Serial Invalid

Purchased new N60-640 desktop. (1-3-25) Unable to register as ACER states SNID and Serial Invalid. Ran the program to detect serial and model and it shows the same information I am submitting.

Any suggestions to resolve?

    I have contacted ACER. They will not discuss because the SNID and Serial number does not show in their records and they state it is invalid.

    I ran the program to read the Serial and SNIL from the computer and it is the same as I submitted and the same as on the case.

    They will not discuss with an invalid identification.

    NewEgg sold this as new computer on 12/23/25. I feel it is NewEgg's responsibilty to verify they are selling a legitmate ACER computer. and they can verify the SNID and Serial is valid with ACER.

    Which country did you purchase from? Are you attempting to register in the same country? Acer doesn't seem to have one global database for S/N and SNIDs, instead they have one for each locale, so if you are on the wrong site it won't recognize your numbers.

    This computer was purchased in the USA from NewEgg in California, USA. I live in the USA and attempted registration with no success.

    Your answer was helpful, had not thought of country of slae. Did verify it was sold in USA and I attempted to register in USA.
