The latest Windows update "screwed my machine" it no longer works in Tablet mode with auto screen rotate.

In desperation I went into recover mode and wiped the computer and re-downloaded the OS. When the Windows 11 reinstalled, it without prompting, downloaded the Bl**dy windows update that I wanted to get rid of.

Can anyone at Acer give me the URL for the Windows 11 image that was used on my Aspire 3 Spin 14 when I bought it in October 2024.

I am a retired computer engineer and was an Acer dealer for over 30 years.

I use the Spin 14 as a device from which to read music and tablet mode and auto rotation of the screen are vital. Everything was working as I require until the Microsoft Update to Win 11😫

What is the full model of the machine?

Try to open the device manger to see if the drivers are installed and working correctly.

Lots of times when Windows does a major update like that, it changes the settings for tablet mode. Move it to tablet mode then go into settings and look for the rotation lock.
