I have to reinstall nitrosense because it was not working properly but after that i actually installed "Nitrosense Installer" instead of nitrosense app/service so it does nothing and the "nitro" key does nothing. i tried to install it multiple times from the acer product support website but it always gives the same result.

i read some post with the same problem and it does absolutely nothing,
- uninstall using revo, and installed again, doesn't work
- "run this command: lodctr /R rerun the command if you get errors, install NitroSense by clicking on the Setup.exe file or Command file in the C:\NitroSense folder.", doesn't work
- "then in Windows Services, stop nsSvc or psSvc, right click on these 2 services and in Properties change the Startup type to Disabled." these 2 things doesnt exist in my device or i cant find it even after searching for 10minutes so i dont know what to do.
- run the setup exe as an administrator, doesn't work
- "Download Visual C++ Redistributable (2015, 2017, 2019) from Microsoft and install it. Restart your computer afterward", doesn't work
nitrosense just doesn't have exe file for some reason so i cant search the app after installation
i dont know what to do, seems like acer likes making their customer frustrated.
