SSD problem with my Predator G9-793, trying to configure the BIOS for a single 4TB drive.

I had an ssd failure on my Predator G9-793. it has two 128 ssd in Raid 0. I was able to use Acronis True Image to make a clone of my drive on a 4TB ssd, but I had trouble installing it, so I continued using the laptop until there was a failure preventing Windows from booting. I am able to boot the laptop on a M.2-USB using this clone. I realize there must have been an easier way, but now I'm stuck.

The original ssd's have been wiped, trying to configure the BIOS for a single 4TB drive.

I bought 2 1TB ssd m.2 sata drives and was able to set them up for RAID 0 ( I can't figure out how to turn it off in BIOS).

I was able to clone the 4TB drive to the 2x 1TB drives in RAID 0, but the laptop will not boot from the replacement. It doesn't recognize the drive. The slots on the laptop are not the same. One slot is M key, while the other is B/M key. Both SSD are b/m key.

I also wasn't able to boot the laptop from the working drive in a different USB enclosure.

I am looking to be able to use the internal slots to boot the laptop. I did try accessing

Hi, to clone the source and target drives need to have the same size. Backup the complete 4TB to an external drive and boot to BIOS with F2, change Sata mode from RST-Optane or RAID to AHCI, press Ctrl + S to see the hidden options. Install the new SSD(s) and reinstall Windows, later copy your files from the backup drive. The Raid disks will have 2 partitions with data if you cloned that to 1 disk.
