so, a month back or so I tried installing the new nvida drivers, but when I did i noticed that the predator sense software like stopped detecting the gpu so I rolled back and it's been fine, only problem is ill eventually need those updates, should I update predator sense? if so, how do I find said version I know about drivers and manuals but when i look at the version on my predator sense it says its newer than those posted for the P05-650. so would i uninstall this version and then redownload the newsest one even if it says its older for some reason?

There have been several BIOS versions and a couple of Predator Sense version for your PO5-650 (note PO as in Predator Orion, not P0 as in Predator Zero, Acer's search isn't smart enough to find the wrong one). Verify you are at the latest by checking the version installed against what Acer has on their support site. The latest BIOS is R01-B2 and the latest PS is 3.00.3056 as of this posting. Needless to say that is subject to change at any time. :)

If Predator Sense software not detecting the GPU after updating NVIDIA drivers, you should try uninstalling the current version of Predator Sense. After uninstalling, visit Acer's official support page for the Predator PO5-650, enter your device's serial or model number, and download the latest available version of Predator Sense.
