Hello! To give some little context, I sent my laptop to repair because I had some other issues before this one appeared right away. What they did was change the motherboard and a thermal module.

I assume the issue I am having right now is something related to the GPU, because it's been happening just when I am playing. I don't think is heat related, my GPU always stays between 50-60 Celsius and my CPU, even thought at first it did reach pretty high temps, at the moment only has 50-60 Celsius, the same as the GPU.

The black screen is permanent, which leaves with no other choice but to hold the power button to shut it down. I do hear everything that is on the background, and yes, I tried a few key combinations to refresh the GPU drivers so on. Any help will be appreciated, my laptop is still in warranty, so if there isn't anything I can do, I will just send it back.

A bit of an update, I got the black screen when I was playing a browser game (I am glad I got to test this out), so the browser game wasn't using the GPU, at least the NVidia one. So this kinda opens up the issue to more than the GPU I assume.
