I have this new Laptop from the brand Acer Nitro V Gaming Laptop | Intel Core i9-13900H Processor | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU | 15.6" FHD IPS 144Hz Display | 16GB DDR5 | 512GB Gen 4 SSD | WiFi 6 | Backlit KB | ANV15-51-99DR with Windows 11 Home (just updated today since it came with Windows 10, I thought the problem would be solved but it is not the same either with the factory Windows or with the recently updated one) every time I play titles like Starfield, No Man's Sky, Hell Let Loose, BodyCam, Etc... it starts to heat up and after 20-50 minutes I get a blue screen, that is, it crashes.

Sometimes while I browse Google and I have more than 10 tabs open it starts to heat up and starts to lag, I don't know why, other times without heating up I am playing or browsing Google and some pages get stuck or the game closes and gives me different errors, so I have been investigating and apparently this thing has which is related to the processor and the multiple controversies of Intel regarding its new processors or at least that is what I think I am not really sure about it.

Very important is that I bought the computer last month and it arrived on December 22, 2024, so it is practically new, fresh out of its package and has all these faults, below I will leave the characteristics of the PC and the purchase link:

We are going to need more details about the specific crashes. You say it gives blue screens, and they typically have a lot more information displayed. Can you take pictures for us? It's is always possible the issues are caused by heat, but it's also possible the heat is caused by whatever is going wrong. IIRC
Nitro Sense can show you the CPU and GPU temperatures, if not there are lots of other utilities that can, what temperatures are you seeing? Do the fans speed up when things start getting hotter?

Well right now I'm going to do some testing, I'm going to run a few games and browse a bit and take screenshots as errors occur, I'll upload everything today in a few hours, thanks a lot for the help and I'm going to download the monitoring program you mentioned.
