There are two RAM slots for upgrading a maximum memory capacity of 64GB Memory DDR5 PC5-38400 4800MHz Non-ECC UDIMMs

    Crucial 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR5-4800 UDIMM | CT2K8G48C40U5 | Crucial IN

Your Aspire TC-1785 M.2 SSD slot is a Gen4x4 M.2 SSD slot for Gen4 NVMe SSDs like the Samsung 990pro up to 4TB

The motherboard does indeed have a "diving board" design that brings the ports out to the front, which can cause compatibility issues with third-party cases. This design is specific to Acer and uses the same mounts as a micro-ATX motherboard.

If you're looking to upgrade or replace the motherboard, it might be challenging to find a compatible third-party case due to the unique port layout. You might be better off sticking with the existing case to utilize the front ports effectively. Additionally, considering coolers like the Noctua NH-U9S, which fit well in similar-sized cases like the Predator Orion 3000, could be a good option

thanks for the heads-up, but what I am looking for is the actual specs sheet for this motherboard just to understand the slots and overall potential… from a quick search I could only find H61H2-AD pictures and didn't look any further. There should/could be a manufacturers blueprint for this motherboard…I'll keep looking.
