Nitrosense not showing temperature or installing on Nitro ANV15-51 app itself nowhere to be found.

hi, my nitrosense stopped showing me temperatures so i tried to reinstall it, but i got to the point where i have the nitrosense installer finishing, but then it does nothing. i tried to install it multiple times but it always gives the same result - NitroSense installer completing installing, but the app itself nowhere to be found.

    Hi, you have to uninstall the previous program first in Windows "Add or remove programs" and then in Windows Services, stop nsSvc or psSvc, right click on these 2 services and in Properties change the Startup type to Disabled. Run this command in the Command Prompt: LodCtr /R if that returns errors rerun the command. Try to download and install NitroSense again.

    Same Problem here. One day no temperatures etc.
    Found everything on Acer Support Website, but no executable App with Graphic UI.

    I can't download the app from Microsoft Store - not easy to find - because its "unavailable" at the moment.

    On my second Windows-User on this Laptop the App is running normally.

    I tried to follow ur instructions, in Windows Services i did not find these 2 services.
    Running the Command was not helpful, again and again the same error:

    GERMAN
    "Error: Die Einstellungen f³r den Leistungsindikator k÷nnen nicht aus dem Systemsicherungsspeicher wiederhergestellt werden. Fehlercode 5."

    ENGLISH

    "Error: The performance counter settings cannot be restored from the system backup storage. Error code 5."
