    Hi @WillBill550 what model of screen does the SH272E or SH272UE have exactly?

    Please review the audio information in the user guide, I don't know what your exact model is, the guide is for the SH272UE:

    Yes, we need more info on the model number, the SH272 portion is only the series of monitor, not specific to the model. We can look it up if you give us the first ten digits of your S/N (only the first ten).
