Acer swift go 14 showing vertical line on screen

I bought Acer swift go 14 just 10 days ago. It was all good until today I saw a vertical line on the screen. I downloaded all the updates available and installed it also ran diagnostic for the pc but it said it was all good but the line still there. I don't know what to do

    Hi @Dipyyy does it happen on any wallpaper and in any application you have open?
    If possible, you can connect an external monitor or a TV to verify that the problem is not with the graphics card, if the line does not appear on the external monitor or TV the problem may be with the screen.
    On the other hand, to know if it is not a physical problem with the screen, access the computer in safe mode and check if the line continues to appear:

    If the line remains, you can think of a screen problem that should be evaluated by the seller or, if applicable, by Acer's warranty services, if it is a fault and as you say that the computer only has 10 days, it is possible that they change it, but I am not sure about this, it will depend on the conditions of sale, try a change before a repair.

    You can also look for it during the display of the Acer splash screen when you first turn it on. If it's visible there we know it's not a Windows driver issue.
