Hi, shut down and disconnect the power adapter, there is a small pinhole in the back of your laptop (with a battery sign), stick a pin in that hole till you feel it click (micro switch), keep pressing the pin for a few seconds. This will reset the battery.

You need to do a hard reset as it could be that your super IO or bios chip are frozen, take the back cover off and disconnect the main and bios batteries and take the ram out also, leave them disconnected for about 15min and reconnect all and reboot the laptop, as and if the above is the problem, then that should reset everything and reboot your laptop. After the laptop reboots make sure that all your drivers are up to date and your bios is up to date also. If the hard reset doesn't work then there are many problems that could be happening like the laptops eDP cable and plug is faulty, the screen is faulty which need to be checked and analyzed and fixed by an experienced tech.
