ANV16-41-R5K8 voice purification issues mutes conversation after screenshare or gaming

AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics 3.80 GHz

16gb ddr5 ram

nvidia rtx4060 gpu

When acer purified voice is running sometimes it thinks my or otherside voice as noice and silence it so we cant understand each other(it is not about app i tried it with skype, discord, steam and whatsapp). The other problem is when ı using these kind of apps if someone start a screensharing or if ı run a game while ı am speaking with people than sometimes all sound is gone and it said there no sound device and sometimes only microphone doesn't work and it needs a restart. My windows updated, ı check drivers from device manager, ı have these problems since first run, I returned it to factory setting onetime without deleting my documents but it didnt work.
