Hello. I have a Nitro 5 AN515-57 device. While I can connect and use my headset on a different model laptop, I cannot use it on this device. When I connect the headphones, sometimes they automatically disconnect, but when it doesn't, for example while listening to music, the connection suddenly breaks and the sound starts to come out of the speaker. When I did a little research, I saw that the 2021 driver was recommended in this forum. I uninstalled and reinstalled the audio drivers and Bluetooth driver in safe mode while not connected to the internet, but it did not solve the problem. Can you help?

The Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card is a problematic card with Bluetooth in these Nitro AN515-56 and AN515-57 model laptops while in the new Predator Helios like PHN16-71 which have the same Killer AX1650i cards they are not and work with the latest Intel drivers and I’m not surprised that its giving you problems in the AN515-57 Nitro too as in my AN515-56 it only works with the Bluetooth driver version 22.40.0.2 and will not work with any other updated Intel Bluetooth driver.

Make sure that you only run the oem Acer driver from the Acer support page of the AN515-57 Intel driver version 22.40.0.2 as this driver is the only Bluetooth driver that my AN515-56 laptop runs on so it must be the same with your AN515-56 laptop too, uninstall the driver and install the driver above or do this and see if the existing Bluetooth driver refreshes and works properly. Good luck and hope this helps you out and solves your problem

    WI-FI Driver Refresh

Go to > Device Manager > Bluetooth > select Intel Wireless Bluetooth > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated BT driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your Wi-Fi should work.

Hello. I have already installed the driver you mentioned. However, when I opened any video or something, automatic disconnections continued. Do I need to update the Wi-Fi driver as well?

Hello. I tried updating the Bluetooth driver, several times. I also used the troubleshooter a few times. I also uninstalled the device from the device manager several times and reinstalled it with the driver, but it did not help.

Try to refresh the Wi-Fi and BT drivers like below and if this does not fix the BT then your card is faulty and needs replacing, as its impossible that a Wi-Fi/BT card should disconnect and not work., as these cards are very reliable and the only time that they disconnect or you can't install their drivers like in your laptop is if the card is faulty. Good luck.

Refresh the cards Wi[Fi and BT drivers like below in Device Manager :

Go to > Device Manager > Network adapters > select Killer 6 160MHz card > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated Wi-Fi driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your Wi-Fi should work.
