I recently brought acer aspire i7 and I only installed microsoft office and bitdefender. But upon deep scanning of bitfender, it showed me 286 skipped files that are under C:\Recovery.

Where it came from, is it safe, should I reset my laptop? I had an acer swift before but when I brought it, it does not have any of these files.

Filenames like the one listed below:

You don’t need the bitdefender software on your new Aspire laptop as its just additional bloatware that will slow the OS down, use the Win-11 security provided by Microsoft as these files could be from the bitdefender software. Do a reset of the laptop or a clean install 24H2 version and all the windows updates for your laptop as it will perform allot better and also do all the bios and firmware updates. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Those are the original apps and files for the factory reset.
