What is going on with my monitor? acer nitro vg240y monitor has multiple rows of dead pixels

I got an acer nitro vg240y monitor in july after 3 months because it had multiple rows of dead pixels after more than a month of waiting, they replaced it with a new one that was on 2nd of Dec, now the new replaced has the same issue and it didn’t even complete one month

Please post a phone photo of the screen so we can see the extent of dead pixels that you're seeing.

You could easily be seeing something other than an issue with the monitor, especially if you have seen it two different ones. Check with different cables and on different ports from the GPU to verify the issue is with the monitor itself.
